What Technique does everybody use?

Postby thoradmin » Sun Apr 26, 2009 3:55 am

I am wondering what technique people prefer to use in throw me, personally I go for a horizontal throw aiming for a layer of clouds and "ride" them using the space bar until that runs out. At which point its just down to luck! :D

I tend to do a similar thing but using the cranes at the bottom but I obviously have no backup.
If you use the clouds, the cranes are backup.

It's also annoying when i hit a hill and go backwards, then, before i can stop it, it submits my score :x

If you got that then you're as nerdy as me :D

any advice or stratagies?

I like to start by flinging it at around 850-1000 mph horizontally on the bottom of the screen (maybe mid-way up) Trying to not get any height. Usually you will hit a booster and get slung at about a 45 degree angle, at about 1300 mph, often hitting the booster cloud sending you in the same direction at about 900-1000 mph.

I usually save my boost for the last seconds. If the person starts to slow down, I give him with a little nudge from the boost, hopefully propelling him far enough to a crane to start the process over again. But as always, this strategy takes luck.
